In my work life I'm results oriented with a strong sense of urgency tempered and disciplined by my strong concern for accuracy and quality. As a coach I strive to be patient, encouraging, and ask thought provoking questions for the coachee.

In personal life I'm the wife, mama to many (2 and 4 legged), lover of adventure, and student of people and nature. I love the roar of a wide open Harley and exquisite engineering of the some of the finer things in life. I'm a fierce defender of the underdog and nurturer of the helpless. I see all people first as having God-given intrinsic value and worth. I'm considered a free-spirited introvert, word-play opportunist, and experience creator.

What are limiting beliefs leaders face today?
As if they don't have enough challenges, leaders are now being pressured to have their business stand for social and civil issues, amongst so many other things. Between the media and other sources bombarding them with messaging about what they "should do," often with skewed data sets, many leaders are left to check the virtue signal box with little meaning behind it. That creates dissonance for employees and customers alike. We want to help leaders become better and give meaning to the initiatives and values their brand stands for. If we're everything to everybody, how meaningful is our brand and how well are we delivering?
